Hopefully this email finds everyone healthy. I wanted to touch base with all of you with an update on where our season is and how we are proceeding at this point.
Just want to give you all some background info in relation to this COVID 19 outbreak and soccer. We had originally suspended all activities until 3/31/20 but things have certainly changed since then. At this point State League and NWOYSL are pushed back until 4/15/20. I would anticipate that date will get pushed back again. US Youth Soccer is having a meeting on 4/1/20. The info that comes out of that meeting will have an impact on our leagues and possible start dates. At this point all teams have lost 1 tournament and some will lose the second one here shortly. We have been in touch with all of our leagues and tournaments that remain getting any info we can to try and make informed decisions.
At this point we will suspend the season until the 15th of April pending any additional delays from our leagues. We are committed to getting the kids outside as soon as it is safe to do so. We also are looking at refunds for missed tournaments. This will be a slow process as we continue to see if there will be a season or not and if any additional tournaments get cancelled. We will continue to communicate with all of as we have more information.
Be sure to follow us on social media as we have been putting some skill videos out and will continue with more.
